Free redo policy

Every paid order includes one free redo. The redo is how we fix the video that missed your pet. It is not a second bundle, not a new pet, and not a free remake of every video in Superstar or Megastar.

What a redo covers

Ask for a redo if:

• the animal on screen is clearly not the pet in your photos
• the song is not about them, or does not use the name you sent
• the poster is of the wrong pet, or is too broken to use as a keepsake
• a file will not play, or the private link never arrived

The free redo remakes one music video: its song, that video, and the poster that belongs with it, when those pieces are tied together. You still receive the bundle you ordered. The redo is not an extra video.

Superstar has two music videos. Megastar has three, plus a trailer and a Behind the Scenes video. The free redo covers one music video. It does not cover the other music videos, the trailer, or the Behind the Scenes video.

What a redo does not cover

• changing your mind about the bundle, the world, or the song style after we have started
• swapping in a different pet
• a new set of photos because you found a cuter one
• taste notes like “make it sadder,” “make them famous,” or “more like a pop star I like”
• a free redo of every music video, poster, trailer, or Behind the Scenes video in the bundle
• a second debut or a second poster
• a problem caused by a photo that was too dark, blurry, or cropped for us to see their face, after we asked for a better one

If you want a different pet or a different bundle, that is a new order. If something was actually wrong and you also want money back, read Refunds. A redo is the first fix. A refund is not automatic, and a full refund is not promised.

How to ask

Write hello@petdebut.com from the email on the order within 7 days of the private link arriving. Include the pet's name, the private link, and a short note about what is wrong. One sentence is enough if it is clear: “This is not Bella,” or “The song never says her name.”

One free redo per order, and it covers one music video. If the bundle has more than one, you tell us which video. Using it does not add a free redo for the others.

If another music video has a serious problem, write us. We may redo that video, or we may refund some of the order. We do not promise either, and we do not promise a full refund. See Refunds.

We aim to send the remade files on the same clock as the original bundle: 48 hours for Breakout Star, 24 hours for Superstar and Megastar, starting when we have what we need from you.

After the redo

The new files replace the old ones on the same private link when we can, or we send a new link if we have to. Save the link we send last. The free redo is then used. If the remake is still wrong in a serious way, that is a refund question, not a second free remake. See Refunds.
